On April 27, 2015, China Haisum held the annual work meeting in Shanghai. Yan Xiaojian, chairman of Haisum, presided over the meeting. The senior executives of Haisum and the chairman and general manager of subsidiaries around China attended the meeting. On the meeting, Xu Datong, president of Haisum, firstly reviewed the production and operation situations and completion situation of various work of Haisum in 2014 in a form of PPT, affirmed the achievements which had been gotten, made analysis on the shortcomings, and put forward the specific requirements on the key work in 2015, such as: ensure to complete the various production task indexes in 2015; increase the development dynamics of the overseas market, and build the development platform of the overseas market; and carefully study the relevant policy of the national OBAOR (One Belt And One Road), silk road fund and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, positively respond the state call of "Go Out", and make breakthrough on the project undertaking to some extent; insist on the general contracting mode with the leading role of design, focus on and foster environmental protection, garbage incineration power generation, wastewater treatment and the like, and meanwhile, improve the project management and control ability of the main contractor, strengthen the risk prevention consciousness, and promote the overall profit level; and accelerate to promote the level and application value of scientific and technological innovation projects. Subsequently, Weng Weimin, deputy party secretary, secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission and vice president of Haisum, reported the 2014 work summary and 2015 work plan on behalf of the Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of Haisum, and gave emphasis to the requirement of construction of an honest Party and a clean government and work deployment. The subsidiaries around China talked about how to develop thought, open and innovate, and implement the "Go Out" strategy in the new normal state by combining their actual situations in the form of PPT, so as to complete the work ideas and thought of the production task this year. At the end of the meeting, Chairman Yan Xiaojian made important remarks. Chairman Yan pointed out that, a really excellent enterprise is capable of standing out from the market adversity. In the new normal state of the economic development, we shall seize the opportunity of "One Belt And One Road" strategy, green energy saving and environmental protection industry boom and capital operation, and seek the development opportunity; and shall realize the transformation and upgrading by imitating the E-commerce thinking, pay attention to the customer experience, extend the value chain, build the purchasing platform, adapt to the new change of the market and industry, and industrialize the technical superiority. For the responsibility implementation and investigation, it must emphasize that: the Party Committee shall take the full leadership responsibility for the Party style building and anti-corruption work. The Party secretary is the first responsible person for construction of an honest Party and a clean government of our enterprise, and the members of the leading group shall take the leadership responsibility for the branch departments.
